Ma'anshan Sea Lion Weaving Co., Ltd., formerly known as Ma'anshan Sea Lion Quilt Group Co., Ltd. (state-owned enterprise), is a local backbone enterprise in Ma'anshan City. In November 2003, Ma'anshan Haishi Weaving Co., Ltd. was restructured from a state-owned enterprise, with state-owned capital withdrawn and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. The company mainly engages in towel and clothing products.

Through equity transfer, Suzhou Huasheng Textile Decoration Co., Ltd. was acquired and introduced extensive technological improvements, adjusting production scale and product structure. Currently, it mainly produces household textiles and fabrics, integrating weaving, dyeing, printing, and finished products, becoming a key enterprise in Ma'anshan Dangtu Development Zone. In 2021, the turnover reached 250 milion yuan, and the products were directly exported to Europe, America, Japan, South America, and Southeast Asian countries. At present, the project is being approved for expansion and the establishment of Ma'anshan Textile New Materials Technology Industrial Park. lt is planned to use the existing more than 100 acres of vacant land to build 150000 to 180000 square meters of factory buildings, with an investment of about 700 million yuan, forming a group enterprise with an annual turnover of 2 billion yuan.
